How the count works.
- A job takes the measurement at 1 hour, 24 hours and 7 days. No person picks results.
- A test counts when it has 80% of its data or more, once per token per 24 hours.
- Down 90%+ means liquidity or market cap fell 90% or more. Failed API calls are retried and never count as a rug.
